Management: art or science

Abstract

In recent years, the question often arises what management is: the sciences or the arts. A small survey among acquaintances showed that there are those who do not understand the essence of this type of activity, and some of those who understand consider it something frivolous, although the efficiency of enterprises and companies depends on the representatives of this profession. So first, we need to understand what management is and what its essence is. There are people who have studied it, experimentally and by other methods, thus, there are certain principles in management that became the basis, so there are concepts that cannot be used in any other way or perceived differently because it will not lead to the desired result.
