Abstract

Визначено сутність «інноваційна активність підприємства», розроблено систему показників складових інноваційного потенціалу підприємства як основного чинника, що впливає на інноваційну активність, розглянуто інтегральний підхід до визначення рівня інноваційної активності підприємства

The purpose of the article is to generalize modern scientific approaches of domestic researchers to determining the essence of the category “innovative activity of an enterprise”, “integral indicator of the level of innovative activity of an enterprise”, as well as the use of an integral approach to assessing the level of innovative activity of an enterprise. Research methodology. To achieve the goal, the article used methods of systematization and generalization, scientific abstraction. Results. The authors defined the essence of the category “innovative activity of an enterprise”, “integral indicator of the level of innovative activity of an enterprise”; established the interdependence between the innovative activity of an enterprise and its innovative potential; revealed the charac- teristics of the components of the innovative potential of an enterprise, in particular: personnel, financial, material and technical, production and technological, marketing, information, environmental, scientific and research, social, infrastructure, strategic, organizational and managerial; developed a system of indicators of the components of the innovative potential of an enterprise as the main factor affecting innovative activity; It was established that some indicators of the marketing, social, organizational and managerial and information component for assessing the innovative activity of an enterprise should be determined exclusively by the expert method by comparing its actual (score) values (from 0 to 10 points); an integrated approach to determining the level of innovative activity of an enterprise with the allocation of generalizing indicators was considered; a scale of gradation of the integral indicator of the level of innovative activity of an enterprise was proposed, according to which it is possible to draw a conclusion about the level of innovative activity of an enterprise, its ability to implement certain productive and technological innovations. Practical significance of the research results. The implementation of the proposed integrated approach to assessing the level of innovative activity of an enterprise will contribute to increasing its innovativeness, strengthening competitive advantages and accelerating innovative development
