Аннотация: The coupling of transverse electromagnetic and acoustic waves in metals wish quasilocal electron states is considered. It is shown that the interaction between circularly polarized waves with plus polarization (antihelicons) and sound leads to the formation of coupled waves and to their mutual transformation. The spectrum and damping factor of coupled waves are calculated
