Communication problems and socio cultural differences through a foreigner’s eye

Abstract

Cultural diversity makes communication difficult since mindsets differ from a culture to another and that includes language, laws, customs, etc... The way people communicate is usually affected by their culture, and as from my point of view most Ukrainians sound and loud when speaking. Sometimes it feels like an argument is going on but in fact it was a simple conversation. Even the facial expressions or the body language which have had always been important in communication.
