Abstract

The paper highlights the mechanisms of realization of one of the didactic conditions of professional growth of future teachers of higher education while studying in a higher education institution – activation of educational activities of masters by combining formal and informal education. Formal education is nominated as a process of professional training of future teachers of higher education, informal education – as a process of self-education of undergraduates majoring in 011 Educational, pedagogical sciences in the field of knowledge 01 Education / Pedagogy (university, media, Internet self-education).
