Abstract

The practical significance of the study is based on the implementation of a number of specific recommendations of an applied nature at the level of the management of the researched enterprise, related to improving the efficiency of the financial management system and improving financial and analytical work. This will facilitate the implementation of an effective financial strategy of Coca-Cola Company, Alibaba Group, McDonald's Corporation, ensuring the optimal structure of assets and capital in accordance with the demands of the external environment. The practical significance of the results obtained is the development and implementation of proposals to improve the efficiency of the financial management system of Coca-Cola Company, Alibaba Group, McDonald's Corporation through: implementing of programs to increase competitiveness for rationalization of the general management system of Coca-Cola Company by step-by-step decomposition of the process of its development and implementation; improving the organizational support of the financial management system of Alibaba Group by optimizing the financial subsystem and the introduction of the position of Financial Manager and Financial Analyst in the internal structure of the Financial-Analytical Department; implementing the anti-crisis financial management mechanism of McDonald's Corporation in the context of the global economic crisis under the condition of practical realization of the anti-crisis program of its development. The results obtained during the study and practical recommendations for improving the process of forming an effective financial management system can be used in the daily activities of the management staff and all employees of the studied trans-national companies. The volume and structure of work. The master's thesis consists of an introduction, three chapter, nine sections, conclusions, references and applications. The total volume of the work is 149 pages of printed text. The work contains of 19 tables, 16 figures, references consist of 92 titles, and 8 applications. The introduction substantiates the relevance of the topic of work, defines the purpose, objectives, subject, object and methods of research. The first chapter of the master's thesis is devoted theoretical and methodological bases of formation of an effective system of financial management at the enterprise in conditions of market transformation. The second chapter of the master's thesis is conducted research of the current state and assessment of effectiveness of the financial management system in enterprises (on the example of Coca-Cola Company, Alibaba Group, McDonald's Corporation). The third chapter of the master's thesis contains the main directions for increasing the efficiency of the financial management system in enterprises. The conclusions formulated the main results of the study and substantiate specific proposals. The results of the study were discussed at the X International Scientific and Practical Internet Conference «Economics Today: Problems of Modeling and Management» (November 19-20, 2020, Poltava) and published in the conference proceedings (Vlasenko V.
