| Аннотация: | The practical value of the conducted research is based on the implementation of a number of specific recommendations of an applied nature at the level of the management apparatus of the investigated enterprises, related to increasing the efficiency of the process of forming and implementing human resources policy and improving staff work. This will contribute to the implementation of Walmart Inc., Amazon.com Inc. an offensive development strategy, the formation of an effective human resources management process at its individual stages, ensuring the stability of the workforce in a strategic perspective. |
