Abstract

The practical value of the conducted research is based on the implementation of a number of specific recommendations at the level of the management apparatus of the enterprise under study, related to the creation of an effective system of professional development of human resources with the identification of its constituent elements. This will contribute to the formation of an effective employee development system of Nissan Motor Corporation, ensuring the stability of the workforce for the long term, and the constant development of the creative personality of employees in accordance with the demands of the external environment.
