Операції із криптовалютою як складова сучасної фінансової системи держави

Abstract

Зроблено спробу визначити місце криптовалюти у фінансовій системі країни та світу. Висловлено згоду із пропозиціями легітимізувати операції із криптовалютою в Україні, зокрема операції із її видобутку, генерування або «майнінгу», які мають значну схожість із іншими видами господарської діяльності і в силу технічних особливостей можуть контролюватися державою. Зроблено висновок, що поки вважати віртуальні гроші повноцінними грошима немає підстав. Однак можна вважати що це цілком інноваційна платіжна система, яка покликана обслуговувати цифрову економіку. А оскільки світ зацікавлений у розвитку цифрової економіки, то операції із криптовалютою можна вважати перспективною складовою сучасної фінансової системи держави.

An attempt was made to determine the place of cryptocurrency in the financial system of the country and the world. Agreement was expressed with proposals to legitimize cryptocurrency operations in Ukraine, in particular operations on its extraction, generation or "mining", which have significant similarities with other types of economic activity and, due to technical features, can be controlled by the state. It was concluded that there is no reason to consider virtual money as full-fledged money yet. However, it can be considered that this is a completely innovative payment system designed to serve the digital economy. And since the world is interested in the development of the digital economy, cryptocurrency operations can be considered a promising component of the modern financial system of the state.
