Abstract

The role of modeling in planning decision making on tourism enterprises in stochastic conditions of management is defined. Modeling is considered as the universal and effective tool for business processes management on enterprises that provides management decisions making with information support. The necessity of the use of modeling methods for preparation and making the planning decisions for tourism enterprises is based. The expert method for the assessment and planning of the quality of tourism products and services, the game theory for enterprise pricing policy are offered to use. Using the modeling results as the information base for preparation and making the planning decisions tourism enterprises may prevent unfavorable consequences of external environment influence on their activity.
