Організація і методика управлінського обліку витрат

Abstract

Автором досліджено місце управлінського обліку витрат в системі інформаційного забезпечення управління витратами, його взаємозв’язок з іншими функціями управління та напрями удосконалення. Уточнено зміст наказу про облікову політику з метою удосконалення організації управлінського обліку витрат. Уточнено зміст обліково-аналітичної моделі управління витратами. Ро-зроблено та адаптовано до цілей управління витратами хлібопекарного підприємства алгоритм калькулювання неповної собівартості в умовах обліку відхилень від нормативів. Запропоновано методику групування витрат на постійні та змінні на основі диференційованого підходу. Розроблено форми внутрішньої звітності: відомості відхилень витрат від нормативних витрат. Запропоновано систему рахунків управлінського обліку витрат. Розроблено алгоритм автоматизації формування облікових потоків в умовах багаторівневого управління витратами. Розроблена система бюджетів на основі обліку витрат і калькулювання неповної собівартості в умовах обліку відхилень від нормативів. Обґрунтована ефективність застосування матричної моделі для прийняття рішень з оптимізації витрат в умовах економічних альтернатив.

Thesis for obtaining the scientific degree of the candidate of Economics on the specialty 08.00.09 – Accounting, Analysis and Auditing (by the types of economic activity). – State academy of statistics, accounting and audit State committee of statistics of Ukraine, Kyiv, 2008. The thesis is devoted to the theoretical regulations and development of the practical recommendations of the organization and method of the management accounts expenditure improvement substantiation. The Author has analyzed the place of the management accounts expenditure in the expenditure administrative informational software system, its correlation with other administrative functions and ways of improvement. Order content of the accounting policy in the field of organization of the management accounts expenditure improvement had been specified. Expenditure-analytical costs management model had been specified. Developed and adapted to the costs management goals of the enterprise, calculation algorithm of the incomplete cost price in the accounting digression conditions. Expenditure grouping method on the constant and variable had been suggested on basis of differentiated approach. Developed Inner accountability forms: register of the actual expenditure digression. Universal accounts system of the expenditure management accounts had been suggested. Automation forming of the accounting flows on conditions of the multilevel costs management algorithm had been developed. Budget system on basis of costs management and calculation of the incomplete cost price on conditions of the digression registrations had been developed. Had been substantiated the usage effectiveness of the matrix model for the decision approval of expenditure quantity optimization on economical alternatives conditions.
