| Аннотация: | У статті визначено аспекти концептуально-методологічного характеру і прикладних розробок щодо побудови імітаційної моделі розвитку споживчої кооперації у структурі національної економіки. Проведено ґрунтовне прогнозування рівнів функціонування споживчої кооперації у структурі національної економіки за умови ефективної взаємодії з параметром «Державна політика» та використання визначених можливостей, запобігання проблемам, що перешкоджають розвитку споживчої кооперації. Обґрунтовано, що запропонована розроблена модель є, з одного боку, методичною основою для прогнозування розвитку споживчої кооперації України у структурі національної економіки, а з іншого – є практичним інструментом, який ґрунтований на системному аналізі проблеми, всебічно враховує та використовує: всі чинники-обмеження розвитку споживчої кооперації України. |
| Описание: | The article defines the aspects of conceptually-methodological character and applied developments are certain to build an imitation model of development of Consumer Cooperation in the structure of national economy. On the basis of comprehensive analytical planning of the future level of development of Ukraine’s Cooperation Consumer in the structure of the national economy, it is shown how it is necessary to change the structure of the hierarchy of the problem in order to bring the desired future closer, that is, to bring the logical future closer to the desired one. It is defines, prognostication of levels of the functioning of Consumer Cooperation is conducted in the structure of national economy on condition of effective cooperation with a parameter «Government politic» and uses of certain possibilities and prevention of problems, impedimental to the development of Consumer Cooperation. It is proved that it is a methodological basis for forecasting the levels of development of Ukraine’s Cooperation Consumer in the structure of the national economy and a practical tool based on system analysis of the problem and comprehensively incorporating and using all the limiting factors, problems and opportunities of all the parameters of the system that are in the problem, all their goals, policies and tasks, all alternatives and opportunities for scenarios of development of Cooperation Consumer of Ukraine. During the practical testing of the proposed approach, it has been proved that the improvement of the integrated assessment of the generalized scenario (the development of Consumer Cooperation of Ukraine on the basis of harmonization of its interests and the state) in 1,287 times confirms that the purpose of the analysis of improvements has been achieved. It is proved that there is an opportunity to identify the shortcomings of functioning, to identify factors that affect the level of functioning on the basis of isolation and synthesis of the parameters of the system, their policies and tasks that characterize the development of Сonsumer Сooperation in the structure of the national economy, as well as develop certain recommendations for the development of Сonsumer Сooperation at the present stage of its management. |
