Managing digital change in financial institutions

Abstract

Мanaging digital change in financial institutions is a multi-level process in which success depends not only on technology, but also on the level of literacy, trust, and participation of citizens. International experience shows that without the develop- ment of a digital culture in society, even the most modern financial systems remain vulnerable. Ukraine has all the prerequisites for creating a national ecosystem of digital financial security, centered on the educated user. From the level of financial literacy to the analytical platforms of banks, this path is the foundation for sustainable digital development and economic independence of the state.
